In this document, "bq88", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the bq88.mom website and all services under it. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person who has opened or is using an account on this platform.
These Terms apply to all persons using the platform from Bangladesh. bq88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Continued use after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement
To open an account and use services at bq88, users must meet the following conditions:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must open an account in your own name — not on behalf of or as a representative of someone else.
- You are of sound mind and are using the platform of your own free will.
- Online gaming is not completely prohibited in your area of residence.
- You have not previously had an account at bq88 cancelled or banned.
If any user creates an account using false information, bq88 reserves the right to immediately close the account and withhold the associated funds.
Account Policies
Account Creation & Security
Each user may create only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, both accounts may be cancelled and all balances may be forfeited.
All information provided during account registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate. bq88 may request identity documents or proof of identity at any time for verification purposes.
- Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
- The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.
- bq88 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
Account Verification (KYC)
bq88 follows a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process to prevent fraud and ensure security. Before processing a withdrawal request or large transaction, the platform may request the following documents:
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
- Information confirming ownership of a mobile banking account.
- Any additional proof of identity that bq88 considers necessary.
Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not complete. If verification fails or information is found to be false, the account will be closed.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposit Policy
The following mobile banking methods can be used to deposit funds at bq88: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposits must be sent only from the user's own mobile banking account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from bq88:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus.
Withdrawals may be delayed during system maintenance or unusual circumstances. Contact the support team for any issues.
Bonus Terms
Welcome Bonus Policy
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳10,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳15,000.
The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 (= ৳1,200 × 25) before withdrawing.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
General Bonus Rules
The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions at bq88:
- A user may not claim the same promotion more than once.
- If a bonus is misused through third-party accounts, the account will be cancelled.
- bq88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any withdrawal request made before bonus wagering is complete will cancel the bonus.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address, device, or household are not permitted.
VIP & Cashback Program
The bq88 VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:

Game Rules
Fair Play Policy
bq88 is a fair play platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Exploiting system errors or technical advantages.
- Interfering with or defrauding another player's account.
- Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts ("bonus abuse").
- Engaging in money laundering or unfair financial activity.
If evidence of a violation is found, bq88 will cancel the account, freeze all balances, and reserves the right to notify law enforcement if necessary.

Technical Issues & Interruptions
If a game is interrupted due to network issues, server errors, or any other technical problem, bq88 follows the policy below:
- Bets for incomplete rounds will be refunded to the extent possible.
- If an incorrect amount is displayed due to a system error, the correct amount will be considered valid.
- bq88 is liable for losses caused by its own actions, but not for third-party service disruptions.
It is recommended to notify the support team immediately for any technical issues.
Account Closure & Termination
A user may request the closure of their account at any time. bq88 may also temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Failure to verify or provision of false information.
- Extended period of inactivity (which will be communicated separately).
Verified funds will be returned to the user before account closure, however funds may be withheld in cases involving bonuses or violations of the Terms.

Use of Personal Information
bq88 collects and uses your personal information solely for the purposes of providing services, managing accounts, and preventing fraud. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without authorization.

Limitation of Liability
bq88 will not be held liable for losses in the following circumstances:

- Game disruptions caused by issues with the user's device or network.
In cases where a direct fault on the part of bq88 is proven, compensation will be limited to the value of the relevant transaction.
